Oh man, when I first heard this my immediate thought was that I was having a stroke. A common symptom with a stroke is receptive aphasia, where everything you read/hear will look/sound like gibberish. Needless to say I was freaked out for a bit.

Last week I just went on a vacation with my grandparents. We rarely see them, so I was really glad to be with them. There’s this lake that’s close by to where they live and they wanted to take us there that day. My cousins were there, and one of their cousins from their other family’s side was there as well. I remembered that I saw him in 2013, and I thought I saw him again in 2016, but my cousins had to explain to me that the one I saw in 2016 was his very similar-named brother 😅 That meant that I hadn’t seen him in over 6 years!!! For some reason I just find that interesting lol. Anyway, we ended up going up to the camper that my aunt and uncle had near the lake and staying there a while. The whole day felt really special to me. When we got home that night I found this simlish cover thanks to TikTok, and I really liked it so I searched it up on KZfaq and I found this video, the same one from TikTok. Now, one week later, every time I listen to this simlish cover of We Are Young, I think of all the memories that were made that day, and I still wonder if on my old tablet, that one game profile I created for my cousin’s cousin in 2013 is still there.
