I have a execution for Hiyoko: "Final Dance" Hiyoko wakes to find herself suspended up like a marionette in feudal Japan. She's on a stage, and a audience of Monokumas dressed like Mikan and Soda are in view. While suspended in the air, Monokuma forces her to wear red-hot iron shoes and dance as she cries in agony. The audience cheers on as within several minutes of dancing fast, her ankles break apart. Monokuma lets go of her strings as she falls through a trap door, landing in a pit of spikes, dying instantly. The Monokumas in the crowd cheer and applaud loudly, while Monokuma bows to the crowd.

I made an execution for Sonia “The crowning” Sonia is dressed as a queen. Knights and guards lead Sonia to an area where they crown her. The crown turns into a crown made of vines, with sharp thorns. Some of the thorns stab her head causing it to bleed, as she tries getting it off. The vines from the crown grow out and wrap around her hands, causing them to bleed, and causing her hands to be stuck to the crown. A prince walks up to Sonia, and walks her to a throne. She sits in the throne with her hands still stuck to the crown. Thorny Vines grow from the throne and tie her to the throne. And to finish it off, spikes shoot from the throne that Sonia is sitting on, killing her instantly. I also came up with one for akane: (I don’t know any of the gymnastics terms so bear with me) “Concrete Feet” akane is doing competitive cheerleading infront of a crowd. She is the star cheerleader and the one with the most tricks. Eventually, Her feet begin to stick to the floor as she is stuck while the other girls are dancing, it appears like her feet are cement. The girls are forced to walk into her, knocking her over. She gets trampled and stepped on by the girls. But then, they pick her up to put her on their shoulders. They throw her, but as she’s falling, the ground opens a huge hole that she falls into. Akane is falling thousands of feet to the ground, of course she is falling super fast because of her cement feet.but she tries to stop herself. She tries to cling onto the wall, but slams into it, killing her before she hits the ground. Her body falls to the ground in a splatter, the crowd cheering when she hits the ground. Idea for an alternative "unused" Hajime execution (maybe towards the end idk): Hajime is placed in a dark room with a full body mirror and a book (about his past). He flips through it learning that he's one of the Ultimate Despairs and also Izuru. He looks up to the mirror and sees Izuru instead of himself and tries to smash the mirror, only for it to start breaking himself and he shatters into peices. It'd probably be called something like "Man in the Mirror". I think it would work well because throughout the game he's just trying to figure out his talent and it's finally revealed to him in the most terrifying way. I'm not sure tho

Plot twist for Sonia’s execution: the witch who will gave her a poison apple is dead celeste and celeste’s execution is after she killed the princess a.k.a Sonia

I feel like Komaeda's left him with too much hope. I like how, in Celeste's, she thinks she's gonna die all cool and witchy, but ends up getting killed by a firetruck. I think they should have done the same with Komaeda's: it all proceeds as stated up until he starts burning. He starts to consider the despair that this death will show the Ultimates, and gets excited about the coming hope. However, once this thought crosses his mind, the ceiling starts to fall, and he ends up dying obstructed by everything, so his classmates don't even see him die.

Since there was no official execution for Ibuki, here's one I made up: "The Sound of Despair" Ibuki is in a room with several speakers surrounding it. Monokuma appears with a guitar and challenges her to a shred off. Though Ibuki does well initially, Monokuma plugs his guitar into the amps and the volume is turned up to intense levels, causing Ibuki to drop her guitar and fall to her knees while clutching her ears. Ultimately, Ibuki starts bleeding out of every orephus (that's probably not spelled right) and she falls over dead. Monokuma then does one last triumphant strum of his guitar to celebrate his victory. Hate comments go under this post.

I came up with an execution for Mikan "Wrapped Up" Mikan is thrown into a room with a bed and a fake Monokuma taking the role as a patient laying down on the bed, while she is taking the role of a doctor. She is forced to wrap bandages on the patients wounds, after she finishes each patient another comes immediately after. They come faster and faster making her hands hurt, and each patient is coming with different injuries, making it harder for her because she doesnt know where the wounds will be. After a while her hands start to hurt and bleed because of her being rushed bandaging up her patients. She eventually messes up on one of her patients putting a bandage on the wrong spot, The patient yells in pain while Mikan is shocked thinking she messed up a surely will die. The patient rolls out on the wheels under the bed and she stands there while many Monokumas are wrapping her up with bandages to the point where she eventually dies from suffocation.

I have another for Soda Machine Failure: Kazuichi's on a roller coaster and starts getting motion sickness. The ride suddenly stops. He steps out and tries to fix the ride. It suddenly starts back up again and crushes him. Monokuma closes the line to the ride and you are left with a roller coaster and soda's dead body.

I'm sad no one mentions in the comments how sad would be the execution of fuyuhiko... peko execution was really hard for me, thinking in the execution of fuyuhiko just breaks my heart.

You said that it was to cause her the most despair. I think that if Komaeda died by fire, they would do the same thing they did with Celeste, but when Monokuma hits the machine he hits a button that hits Komaeda with an airplane. My reason is that he lost his parents in a place crash, and that sense he doesn’t like airplanes (or is scared of them) it would cause him the most despair

Let's be fully honestly here, Naegi is probably one of the unluckiest characters ever.

Fan made execution for Maki: Childish Nightmare Maki wakes up to find herself in a dark room. She turns to see a small lump laying on the hard ground. In hopes of speeding up the execution, Maki runs over to the thing and picks it up. She holds it in front of her face and she soon notices it was a small monokuma with a pacifier in its mouth. The monokuma spits the pacifier out in Makis face and bites her arm. She shakes it off and throws it, causing it to explode. She clenches her arm which is bleeding quite rapidly and then notices a red glow not too far from where she was currently standing. It comes closer and she realizes it’s not one, not two, but a dozen small monokumas. They all slowly walked over to her like a baby would and she starts scooping them up quickly and throwing them at other monokumas, causing many more to explode. When no more monokumas are in sight, Maki clenches her ears for they are ringing from all the explosions. Whilst she was doing that, a little monokuma crawled over to her. This one was smaller than the rest. It has a dagger in its hand and stabbed through Makis leg, causing her to tumble to the ground. The baby keeps stabbing at her legs until he cuts her feet off. Then, a ton of other baby Monokumas start coming from all directions and piling on her. They start stabbing her repeatedly until she dies. The last frame is Maki laying in a pool of blood with one baby monokuma sleeping at her missing feet. Ah that’s a lot. I hope you like it cause idk how to feel abt it Ik she is the ultimate assassin but claimed to be the ultimate babysitter so I kinda mixed those concepts together.

I have some custom executions made by me: "The princess has arrived." Sonia is trapped in a room with a throne with a bunch of monokumas at the throne, they start chanting "Our princess has arrived! Get her on her throne!" A bunch of monokumas picked her up and carried her to the throne, Sonia had a sharp pain on her back, sharp edges of a crown were being stabbed on her back, Sonia tried screaming for help and mercy as a final hit struck her, a super sharp crown got stabbed into her mouth, she died with a smile on her face, so she doesn't need to have anymore big responsibilities. "The fallen pianist" Kaede is in a room with pianos, each of them had on the corners saying: "DO NOT TOUCH OR USE!" Kaede decided to use a white one since she didn't think anything would happen, Kaede sees red curtains open and a big audience of monokumas, she got scared but she began to play the piano, she felt some pain on her arm, as she saw a monokuma was carving piano notes into her arm, she tried to get through it, but she couldn't take it anymore. Kaede putted aside the piano as yelling at the monokumas: "STOP WATCHING ME!" She got hanged by a noose that says: "The fallen pianist." The monokumas cheered, and Kaede died with a straight face, "Say cheese!" Mahiru is at the beach with her camera, she gets surrounded with monokumas that look like her, she decided to take pictures, but every picture they moved around Mahiru, She saw Nagito, Kazuichi and Hiyoko, she ran towards them in fear after being chased by monokumas that look like her, she looked back to them and they were monokumas, they all said: "Say cheese!" and flashes of red and white were going on, Mahiru covered her eyes and screamed, but died of the flashing since it went on and on, "Super Chiaki Bros!" Chiaki would be sent to a game, a ripoff of super mario bros, a note would be on the floor saying: "Finish the game or face the consequences." Chiaki got through the 8th level, she soon enough lost a life, an electric shock went through her body, she got to the 10th level, instead of bowser being the evil guy, it was Nagito Komaeda, Chiaki lost her focusness and accidently lost another life, she got a more painful electric shock, she paused the game and thought: "It's just a game." She continued the game and lost her last life.. She screamed out of agony and pain after 10 electric shocks went through her body, then died from 20. Her real life self dropped to the floor with a banner dropping down saying: "Game Over!"

Despite that I love Sonia, I made a fanmade execution. Coronation day, Sonia would appear in a ballgown, she would be walking down an isle and just about when she was going to be crowned, Monokuma would hit her on the head with the coronation staff, killing her by blunt force trauma.

It would've been more gruesome if Naegi was still alive when there was that many swords in the barrel. And he wasn't moving because there was no space for him to move. After monkuma walks away, we think it is over. But he suddenly comes charging at the barrel and it is suddenly kicked down a hill. Bumps, obstacles, drops, and eventually the barrel crashes into a wall with a tarp on in. Upon impact swords shatter and there is a slow-mo of the sword pieces flying and the tarp falls on top of the wreckage which then slowly starts to seep blood

I made an execution for kyoko that IS NOT after school lesson Kyoko is in one of the classrooms in hope's peak and in front of her is Jin Kirigiri they're both tied up (btw Jin's just a hologram) and Kyoko has a knife in her hand, Kyoko is forced to get her and Jin out, but as she attempts to escape Jin starts to fade, eventually Jin fades fully and Kyoko tries to escape, but she's dragged to the exact rocket Jin died in and dies from the same way as her father

I personally like the "Running Tanaka" execution better than his actual one, because it really shows how much he cares for the Dark Devas of Destruction, and it also has to do with his talent.

Okay but it's never said Naegi dies in this. Here's my thought, after the hundred swords Monokuma opens the lid... to see that Naegi hasn't suffered any fatal injuries, maybe his leg is pierced though so he can't escape tho. He freaks out, "Why isn't he dead!?" so he covers it again and runs off. When the screen goes black you think it's the end but after a few seconds of darkness a scream rings out. Naegi's scream. That's the confirmation that he didn't die from the execution but that Monokuma dealt with him afterwards.

I came up with one for "Byakuya Togami"/The Ultimate Impostor "Tomb of the Unknown Student" The execution starts out directly referencing the real Byakuya's unused execution, but as Monokuma is pelting him with rocks, his glasses break and fall off his face. The impostor starts running from Monokuma, and from both the exertion and the heat, starts frantically removing his suit to keep himself from overheating. He keeps running towards what looks like the cold environment, only to fall into a hole in the ground. His hair now disheveled and looking nothing like Byakuya's normal hairstyle, he looks up, only to stare in horror as Monokuma, now driving an excavator, fills in the hole, burying him alive. At the conclusion, Monokuma steps out of the digger and hammers in a wooden stake to mark the impostor's grave.

I just realized this. In the back of after school lesson is what appears to be flames... So it would make Kyoko and Naegi sweat uncontrollably The two calmest characters who were both innocent being forced to be nervous on the day they die....... The moment they realized they failed on their goles they die. Like......

Random thought on Tanaka's execution. He always talks about hell and seems almost excited to go to hell before his execution. But during it he is carried to what looks like heaven. Could Gundhams real punishment be being stuck in heaven when he wanted hell?

I have one Shuichi’s execution: “Murder Mystery” Shuichi is forced into a room with 3 pieces of clues and 5 Monokubs. He must choose which one the clues match the most. He chooses his answer and the clues fade away, indicating that they were fake. When he hears something behind him, he turns around. There is the real criminal, Monokuma. Before he can do anything, Monokuma strangles him. After his body falls, the screen falls to black.

the dance of death hiyoko is put on a stage monokuma explanes that she has dance to fill up the bar to the highest point. as she dances the bar gets very laggy each time it go's up and after a countless amount of time of laggeyness the bar dissapears which sets off the harpoons killing her almost instantly

Some executions i thought of for Danganronpa V3 Shuichi Sahara: Acid Reflex Shuichi is strung up by a rope and is positioned above a beaker of acid, he is places on a platform with the rope being severed by a crossbow bolt, the platform gradually lowers and slowly causes Shuichi to be dissolved, his last sight is a heartbroken image of Kaede that falls in with him and dissolved in his blood Himiko Yumeno: Magic Show! Himiko the Great! Himiko is sealed into a magic box with a high power saw lowering onto the box to slice her in half, just before the saw reaches her, a bomb from inside the box explodes into a puff of glitter and blood. Himiko dies in the explosion Angie Yonaga: Prayer to Hell Angie is lifted onto a stature of an angel with a blindfold and crown, as angie waits for the execution, she closes her eyes and prays to Atua, and a bright light shines and transports angie to safety on the ground before the angel, however, just as she stands to escape, the statue's head falls off and crushes her. Maki Hakuwara : Ultamate Nightmare Maki is forced into a dark room, she fumbles around and finds two things: a pair of night-vision goggles and a sword, then, multiple Monokumas appear with masks of Shuichi and Kaito as well as children she had cared for in her past. She effortlessly slashes at the robots of the children, but hesitates to kill the Kaito or Shuichi bots, finally, she is forced to kill them and the room begins to fill with poisonous gas. Maki dies with tears in her eyes, holding the mask of Kaito in her hands.

I have one for hiyoko since she didn’t get one. Dance till you drop. Hiyoko is on a platform with a screen behind her. Monokuma is on a platform identical to hers. They have to make up a dance according to the theme that’s displayed on their screens, and if they mess up three times, the platform their on will drop into a bed of needles. In the beginning, hiyoko does really well, but the music and themes keep changing and changing and the intervals between the changes get shorter and shorter. Half an hour passes and hiyoko get more and more tired, her feet practically bleeding, and soon, she strikes out for the third time. While the others watch from a window right in front of her, she falls onto the bed of needles, symbolizing how painful it would be to be moving your feet for so long dancing. Her high pitch scream range out and after a nauseating crunch, they all look down and see her corpse, needles sticking through every pore of her body and the shocked look on her dead face. Sry that got a LIITTTLLLLEEE dark their. I was in the zone

When Kaito's execution is a combo of Soda's and Jin Kirigiri's execution-

I feel like Komaeda's execution when he's burning alive represents the hope he has for the other Ultimates. The fire also representing the despair he feels too.

My fanmade execution for sonia is: All hail the Queen: Sonia woke up wearing a crown and was tied up in her Throne while the 'crowd' are screaming and yelling. Then, a random rope suddenly came out behind throne and tied her up, making her unable to escape. Then Monokuma playing as the 'female queen' protesting she is a fake queen and everyone started throwing pitchforks and other deadly weapons till she died.(after execution) Then Monokuma 'Marionetted' her by putting strings on her body making her dance in the ball

Sonia's would have been like "A midnight fantasy ultimate princess execution" Shes at a cinderella themed ball if she doesn't leave by midnight she instantly dies. Monokuma turns the clock to 11:59 pm and sonia's like oh crap and then she runs out but then loses her slipper, gets a concussion and then falls on the sharp edge of the fallen slipper then smiles with the classic danganronpa pink blood coming out of her mouth (meaning that she at least got to go to a ball before her death) and then slumps down with monokuma taking the shoe out and looking at her dead body

Fun Fact: The spell Gundham used in his canon execution was not a failed spell to protect himself, but it was a spell to protect the Four Devas of Destruction. He sacrificed his own life for the hamsters. I'm sobbing.

I like the irony in all these executions! Two points I noticed: Kazuichi's execution being drilling down is like, the polar opposite of his dream of flying a rocket hence it's EVEN MORE SAD. And what I got from Nagito's execution is the rejection of the luck cycle: Monokuma tries to choose ropes at random, but Nagito's luck saves him, but fuck luck, Monokuma sets the world on fire. My favorite is still Hajime's though :( When I first heard about it, it just struck me as really painful, vis a vis Hajime's feelings about talent and whatever. That's the execution that haunts me.

My Execution would be Watching the DangaRonpa 3 Anime again

Here’s my fan made execution for Ibuki: Set the stage Ibuki is on a stage, with a guitar. There is an audience of wooden dummies in front of her. Multiple wires are then suddenly shot into Ibuki’s body. The lights turn on and the crowd cheers. Ibuki is forced to play her guitar endlessly. The more wires that are injected into her, the faster she plays. Her wrist suddenly breaks and she’s killed in an electrical explosion.

I thought of an execution for Ryoma from V3, it’s called “Fleeting Reasons” (Maybe a spoiler?? Not sure.) Ryoma has a very long rope tied around his neck, he is in an execution chamber awaiting his sentence. Suddenly, a trap door under him opens and he falls through it, there are tons of pillars, some of the pillars have his friends on it, he starts to think about everything they had gone through, while some of them have tennis ball machines shooting tennis balls at him as he falls to his demise. After being bombarded with tennis balls, he finally makes it to the bottom, he starts being strangled to death. In his final moments, he sees the exit, after thinking about everything they had gone through, together, he reaches out his hand to the exit. Guard dogs start biting at his legs, and he is slowly strangled to death, after he is dead, the guard dogs proceed to eat his dead body.

I got bored so Mikan Tsumiki: Busy day Mikan stands in the middle of the room. All of a sudden a Monokuma comes and wraps a rope around her neck and drags her around like a dog. She's forced to be dragged everywhere to help other people but every time she does help someone she has a clumsy accident making her hurt herself by accident. This repeats many times and speeds up so then when Mikan stops in the middle of the room, her body gives out and she dies of the blood loss (from the accidents she had while helping other people) and the rope around her neck and falls in the middle of the room where she started

Mahiru's "execution" reminds me of the horror movie "One Missed Call" where you get a call from yourself telling you how you die. In that movie there is actually one person who gets pictures on her phone seeing herself dying in photos (and there was something with hands there too i think??) EDIT: im pretty sure One Missed Call is based on a japanese horror movie too so thats quite intresting

Okay. I have an execution idea for Nekomaru: "Training Program" Nekomaru has his hands tied to a treadmill, which he must keep running on or else he dies. Every minute that he has ran, a dumbbell is placed on his back. After about 10 minutes, a picture of Akane appears in front of Nekomaru, causing him to stop and letting the dumbbells fall on him. And Akane saw it all.

Mahirus execution is actually a well reference to the Fatal Frame series! Well done on the people who made that execution

I actually liked Sonia's execution quite a bit. Maybe it has a deeper meaning like "I want to like all the occult stuff and no one should take me as a delicate flower", and being a stringed puppet would mean that you cannot stray away from that idea everyone has about princesses (much like Kazuichi treats her). But maybe I am just guessing. :P

I thought of a fan execution for Hiyoko. I call it "The final bow" It starts with Hiyoko on stage in a fancy traditional dance costume. There are a couple Monokuma's on the stage as well, all in the same costume. As the dance begins, the dancers are all in sinc and it looks beautiful. Then the Monokuma's start falling over one by one. Hiyoko sees this and tries to exit the stage, but can't seem to stop dancing. Finally, the music stops and Hiyoko bows, thinking it's over. Then the baton light above her falls and crushes her to death while the crowd cheers.

I just had a terrible day due to oversleeping on an exam day, not having time to eat anything and thus starving for six hours, combined with having my bag break and spilling out all my books on the ground so I had to carry them in my arms on my way home. Soudas execution is actually pretty genius since he suffers from motionsickness and doesnt like being inside of vehicles. His last moments before melting would be absolute agony.

did you know that in real life, many centuries ago, a way to execute religous people was to put them in a barrel of spikes, then roll it down a hill. and they were still alive in the barrel. this may be what his execution was based on. another form of torture was enforced by a very important leader, who turned people in to candels. also, gladiator fights. all things in considerastion, our history is not too different to the executions of danganronpa, especially in the time of cult sacrifices and religous uprisings

Every character's executions (in my way) Byakuya togami: *Placed in a office cubical and has to type on a computer or he dies, Every time he presses a key he gets electrocuted after a while he gets dragged into the bosses room and dies by getting shot* (Ultimate affluent progeny) Teruteru hanamura: *Placed upside down in a big nori roll that goes down he gets the choice to either melt or or melt in the big pot below him after a while he unknowingly unites his ropes & dies from the pot* (Ultimate cook/chef) Mahiru koizumi: *Placed in a Sandy area and is forced to take a perfect picture of a bandit group or she dies after missing several times she dies by getting shot* (Ultimate photographer) Peko pekoyama: *Placed in a tool shed and is forced to find something and she gets hurt multiple times then Fuyuhiko runs in only to see peko fall on the ground, Dead* (Ultimate swordswoman + she refers to herself as a tool*) Ibuki mioda: *Ibuki is placed on a road with her hands cuffed with a parade behind her after walking for a bit she starts running only to fall down a dead end path with the parade behind her* (Ultimate musician) Hiyoko saionji: *Placed in a dojo challenged by another dancer after Hiyoko dominates & almost wins the dojo falls apart revealing it in a volcano, Hiyoko grabs on a ledge then a shadow version of mahiru apperes then pushes her off* (Ultimate traditional dancer) Mikan tsumiki: *Strapped to a hospital bed & venomous medicine is forced into her then she has a overdose & dies* (Ultimate nurse) Mecamaru nikai: *Strapped onto a junk presser moving belt & moves closer to junk presser after trying to escape he gives in & looks at a picture of akane, Smiles then sheds a oil tear then gets crushed* (Ultimate team leader + became a robot in chapter 4) Gundham tanaka: *Placed in a hamster ball that's running 24/7 eventually the ball catches on fire and he dies with a satisfied smile* (Ultimate breeder) Nagito komaeda: *Placed in a stage surrounded by Japanese atmosphere a chain circle grabs his neck & the chain breaks off and skin cutting wires pull his hands up like a puppet then music plays and nagito is electrocuted mixed with the music after it stops he's bleeding a lot but not dead yet then a samurai jumps up and stabs a katana through his head, killing him* (Ultimate lucky student + His luck is based that he will survive) Chiaki nanami: *Gets Placed in a game convention that's 100 feet high after everyone (in convention) complains about her she gets overwhelmed & starts running to the exit and everyone chases after her then a helicopter flies to chiaki, she jumps to it only to have it move back then she falls & dies* (Ultimate gamer) SURVIVOR EXECUTIONS Akane owari: *dragged into a gym by a drone and she's held up then the floor turns to hot coal then the drone drops her by a chain & drags her across the coal eventually she dies by burning* (Ultimate gymnast) Sonia nevermind: *Placed on a hill that overlooks her town she hears everyone dieing while meditating then spikes try to hit her but she dodges everytime, Eventually spikes from the ground pop out & stab her during her final moments the sound of her town dieing gets louder & she dies with a satisfied smile* (Ultimate princess + she drove her town to mass suicide) Kazuichi soda: *Placed in a rocket ship that's blasts far into space, Eventually asteroids crash into the ship hitting him bluntly then the ship door opens & with a thought about Sonia he dies of suffocation* (Ultimate mechanic + Has a crush of Sonia nevermind) Fuyhiko kuzuryu: *hung up on a yakuza styled wrestling stage after getting spun around he gets dragged & strapped into a punching bag machine thing and then a shadow version of peko apperes and slashes him with a katana till he's badly scarred then she slashes open the empty oven looking opening and pours gasoline in and fades away then a bunch of monokumas throw gas bombs in burning him after a while a raging person beats fuyuhiko senseless until he dies* (Ultimate yakuza) Hajime Hinata: *Placed on a giant paper that's in complete darkness then a black hole starts sucking him up, He tries to escape by jumping to different papers then gets sucked up & dies.* (Ultimate ???) Plz like this took forever ;-;

I made an execution for Ibuki Shread Till You Dead Basiclly she is put infront of an audience and she is handed a guitar that is triggered to shock her everytime she misses a note. Throughout the song the song gets faster and Ibuki gets shocked more with every note she misses until finally she's shocked to death with the last note she played still ringing in the background. Edit: I came back so that I can give my idea of an execution for Sonia( this was the only idea I had so bear with me) Mirror Mirrior Sonia is placed in front of a mirrior. The mirrior starts to alternate into different possibilities of her dying finally after collapsing to the ground she is stabbed in the heart by monokuma who is wearing a knight costume.

I cried when you Read Gundham's Unused Execution

I might have an idea for an execution of ibuki: so ibuki is up on stage but when she play the guitar she gets cuts on her arms and then she starts to play the guitar her arms bleeding and her struggling to handle the pain and monokumas starts throwing tomatoes at her just like kaedes but one of the monokumas throw a fake heavy metal tomato and hits her head and blood all over while the monokumas throw some flowers on the stage. The name is "flowing notes"

11:05 since i also think something more realistic is more apealing this is something i thought After monokuma throws away the paper in disapointment and anger he brings in a human sized sandpaper machine scrapping hinatas actual body(taking the idea he was scrapping hinata on thay paper)blood splashing out at times in a circular motion (because of the machines mechanism) until theres nothing of hinata left

I feel like sodas mabye should have had something with Sonia rejecting him for that touch of despair at the end

I think at a way to make the 3rd case sadder would be making Hiyoko getting Mikan and Ibuki killed thanks to the gullible disease Ibuki had by making Hiyoko say something to Ibuki about killing herself after killing Mikan as just a throwaway insult like she always does. Every other case of the game was very sad when the person got executed, but case number 3 didn't have any emotional impact compared to the rest of the game. Having Hiyoko break down during the trial, crying about how she didn't mean it, bawling her eyes out after she promised to change would have been the perfect way to punch you in the gut. Her execution could have something to do with being buried up to her neck and being eaten alive by ants or other animals that she killed.

komaedas execution reminded me of how in Tarzan the villain dies from cutting the ropes until he cuts the one that connects to his neck, resulting in him being hanged

Here’s my fan execution for Sonia! “The Glass Slipper Fall” Sonia would be in a ballgown dancing in a ballroom with many people, then the clock strikes midnight. Everyone including the partner Sonia is dancing have Monokuma’s face and process to chase after Sonia whose making her way towards the exit, however, she loses one of her glass slippers. Just as Sonia turns around to see she lost one of her glass slippers, one of her feet become entangled with the skirts of her ballgown and before Sonia can react. She pitches forward and tumbles down the staircase. When she’s finally reaches the bottom, her other glass slipper is lodged in her chest while she lays there lifelessly with blood staining her ballgown and pooling around her corpse.

I love Ibuki Mioda a lot but I decided to make her a execution! Ibuki is standing on a stage playing the guitar, A crowd of monokuma's watching her. Out of the blue The monokuma's start to hate her playing, A judge is standing on a platform and starts to press a red button. Guitar strings start shooting from the walls behind her. Cutting her each time she plays, Ibuki countinues to play her song and eventually finishes. Nervously she looks at the judge and the judge hates her song. Her pushes a large blue button and the ceiling opens revealing a giant guitar. Right before the guitar hits Her, a small screen shows Hinata's reaction. She gives him a weak smile. And the guitar falls. Ibuki is crushed by it and dies from the impact.

I have a really messed up execution idea for Nagito. So he could he strung up above a giant pit of fire (or something brutal) and he is looking out at the others. Suddenly monokuma starts killing everyone in front of him. But the twist is monokuma isn’t actually killing them but making Nagito think he is. This would then probably make Nagito think “there is no one left, I can’t be a stepping stone for hope is everyone is dead. There is no more hope” (or something along those lines) Once the last person, who would probably be Hajime, was “killed”, Monokuma would cut the ropes holding up Nagito and Nagito would fall into the pit. Therefore killing him and making him loose all his hope. I think this would be interesting and would probably be pretty sad to watch. Also I know, I’m a little messed up

While Gundham is best boy, I thought of an execution Gundham tanaka exorcisms: Gundham is held down by four heads shaped like the dark devas, in a dark gothic room. Monokuma arrives wearing a similar outfit as the priest from the exorcist. The dark deva heads are slowly drawing blood from him. Monokuma starts to draw a resurrection ritual around Gundham while he is slowly bleeding out. Monokuma finishes the circle and thrusts a ritual knife into ghundams stomach. The circle starts glowing and then it stops working. Monokuma looks at the book and realizes that it was upside down. Disappointed he throws the book and it lands on gundhams cold corpse
