the reason they changed the supercharge lemonade policy is someone died from it (allegedly) it was a teenage girl with a heart condition and her family sued because it wasn't clear how much caffeine was in a serving and you could just continue to get as much as you want without knowing what was in it. So Ify was right, it was to make sure people were aware of the amount of caffeine and so employees could effectively "cut people off"

I would like to suggest another point opportunity. Whenever a contestant says "I'm a force to be reckoned with." Or, "I know I have a target on my back." Someone says each of those things on every cooking competition show.
