It's Rihanna speaking in the intro. She has that voice that makes it distinguishable so when she speaks you'll know it's her. Also one Rihanna's talent is being able to imitate anyone while no one can imitate her. (People have done awesome covers of her songs but no one has been able to make it better than Rihanna)

Calvin Harris is from a town in the south of Scotland called Dumfries (which is pronounced dumfreece). it's roughly 55 miles from the border between England and scotland.
