I think what I love most about your videos is that you are real. You don't always have it together and you let us see that. I saw and used your ideas for making the word banners and numbers for the 3 drawer systems. I have a little longer and then I will be starting my first year teaching. I can't believe how many meetings your school is having you go to. Hopefully it's a good use of your time. You deserve your plan time - they should be giving all of it to you.

I don’t know if you have class jobs, but if you do, you could have two students sharpen pencils if they get done early. Each week it could rotate students. Or you could make sharpening pencils a way they can earn a class dojo point. Just an idea so you don’t always have to do it.
