Houses are definitely a lot more expensive in Toronto & surrounding areas.... I'm a lot older, single....and still looking for my husband-to-be....somehow your vlogs are so comforting and nice to watch....I guess. part of it is that you have such a sweet & down to earth personality which I love!! As someone from Vancouver, BC the house prices you are sharing are shocking me! Truly a dream! There are officially no detached homes (not townhouses) that are less than a million dollars. That includes absolute inhabitable dumps. Average is like 2M or more for the types of houses you are showing. Insane!!! 🤯❤️

I'm at the stage questioning if I ever want kids. I love being an aunt, going to the play ground and spoiling him with love and attention BUT it's a huge responsibility! You're raising a future adult plus I wouldmt be able to just get up and go do whatever I want like hike, shop or even clean the house quickly. I'm only 22 though so I'll see how I feel when I'm closer to 30.

It's totally valid to stay as a married couple for a while, but still being excited to have kids one day! Just outside of Dallas, north of Dallas, houses are much more affordable and have plenty of stores and restaurants, etc. Just the Dallas city area is very pricey.

I understand the house situation, the market is not good right now at all. But houses are expensive no matter what. I was intimidated by it. My boyfriend and I got super lucky, the neighbor across the street was planning to sell his house and wanted us to buy it! We got it for a great price even though the house is smaller! We close in October and plan to do some renovations! Also his dad will be living with us and helping with the mortgage!

With the grande lash serum please please remember to let it dry well (at least 15 minutes) before closing your eyes or going to bed. My cousin who used it for 3 months had severe eye irritation and discoloration/hyperpigmentation around her under eye since she would apply it and go straight to bed. She’s still been going to dermatologist offices and doctors to help her out with the effects. I use this product daily still and LOVE it ! Just please be careful of this side effect and wait at least 15 min before going to bed or closing your eyes after application.

A word of advice: if you seriously want a baby in the next 2 years, I would go to a non hormonal birth control option if you're not already there. And go ahead and start prenatals. My midwife advised us that it helps get the womb environment friendly for baby in advance. It would also be worth it to research costs of birth at hospitals or birth centers. Ours costs 4000 even with insurance, so it was nice to know in advance to get ready.

Wow, where I live in NC, that last 2 bed 2 bath house would probably sell for 230-250K right now and even that's high because of the market right now. Crazy to see how different the prices are state to state!!
