My biggest tip is watch for sales on things that will keep for a while and buy extra to try not to run out before the next sale (a lot of sales repeat every couple of months). A lot of what you bought looks like stuff that may regularly go on sale-- snacks, coffee creamer, frozen foods. Teeter has the nice "percent saved" section on the receipt, so you can gamify it a little-- I love to get to 25% or higher. Oh and try by the deli for hummus.

The soyaki sauce from Trader Joe's would be a good alternative to bbq sauce! It's a soy sauce teriyaki sauce hybrid.

For me when I grocery shop. I check the flyers to see what's on sale then plan my meals and what I need. Place my list on my phone. I try to stick to the list as best as I can. Might help to plan your meals before u shop that way u know what u need

You make your life so much harder than it needs to be. You don’t need to travel so much, prioritize your own life and mental health. Yes it’s fun but stop saying you don’t have time, you DO you just choose the wrong stuff. Also stop parking in the wrong spots, it’s so so simple.
