Aww Alyssa I was so happy for you when you talked about that mindset shift and then woke up to all those opportunities! How crazy is that! How cozy! Abruzzo looked so relaxing after the hustle and bustle of Rome. Both have their charms, it's nice to have both. Thanks for sharing 🙂

for me, a medium sized city which can cater every need, am surrounded by nature is the best choice...

I don’t understand the dinner at 8 or 9- what time to they get up? Does work start late?

It's just different from the States. I've always wondered how they manage to get enough sleep too lol but they do. Meal times are important because relationships are important and they're all about enjoying themselves... enjoying company, enjoying good food, enjoying the time spent relaxing... I think it's nice. (: Also, keep in mind, most people don't dine like this every single night.
