Chantal, Luca again stole the show. Love your videos, can't wait to move to NYC. I've purchased my condo and the sticker shock is real! I'm in investment banking and usually don't get sticker shock, but the NYC real estate tends to do that everyone! Like you said in one of your videos, NYC is your living room and it changes constantly! This is why I choose to live in the chaos!!!!! Great Video!!!🗽🗽🗽
