After listening to the Podcast if you do get Botox (which there is nothing wrong with that decision) go with a someone who is going to preserve your youthfulness and not blast you with more units than you need and make you look stiff, which will just make you look older. I don’t think Dr. Jodi is that person. Looking at her work, she will make you look extremely stiff.

I agree 100%. Please look into someone besides Dr. Jodi if you truly feel like you want Botox. I will say, Danielle, you do not need it and I think it’s too soon to start it. It isn’t necessary at this point, so I wouldn’t recommend getting it yet.

Agree as well. I feel like younger people are buying into the “preventative Botox” thing and it’s a complete sham. Less alcohol and sugar and sun tanning is gonna be so much better than Botox in the long run.

Agree Botox can make a person look extremely strange. You may not notice it in the mirror but you will see it in photos. And you do not need it!

Literally. I know she has said she is insecure with her looks recently but Botox is not the answer. Going back brunette will 100% help tho (never understood why she is so against this)

You probably need to buy running shoes / workout shoes with support as most are neutral. Also I recommend stretching your calves - especially if you’ve been incline walking. You’d be amazed what this can affect.
