I love yoga too… I love exercising period and I sadly haven’t been lately because I’ve been so busy with school…. But, I hope to get back to it next week (I like you feel so much better after )….. We just got done with our conferences (but I have one more at the end of the month)…. Again, I love all of your videos and any that you do - I soooo enjoy watching….. 😍

Just recently found your channel and while I’m not a teacher, I have a 4 year old who will be going to K next year so fun to see what kind of stuff you’re working on- and your overall vibe is a relaxing watch. My gym routine is personal training on gym once a week and next second times by my own. But I’m not making hiit. Just wanna make a better silhouette ✌🏻

I run 5 miles 3 days a week and I walk 60 minutes everyday day- 30 in the morning before work and 30 after dinner
