WEEK IN MY LIFE: working on my online shop, new tattoo, dog sitting and lots of home updates

it's been a super productive week of working on my online shop and putting up new items which kept me very busy. Besides this, I went through lots of home updates, buying curtain fabric, rearranging the office space and a couple furniture fails. I went back for my second tattoo appointment and also dog-sat for a day which was super lovely :)

I used to love my hotpod yoga classes! Definitely the first one is tough but you can adjust. I'd recommend definitely bring enough water, go as early as they allow to sit in and adjust to the heat and also it's hottest in the corners. The center is a bit less intense. Breathing in through your mouth and out through the nose can also help to cool you down. Hope you give it another try :)

I realised later on I went to the most intense class as well which was a rookie mistake haha! I’ve booked in for more classes soon and I’m actually so excited to give it another go

@@tabithas_search_for_dopamine i did not like it it felt overbearing and her content is actually good but the sound made it sound dark and depressing i had to mute it. Is there upbeat music in that category or is the sad sound apart if that style (i’m actually asking as i don’t listen to that genre of music) ?? I typically like chill or upbeat music like coffee shop vibes

I appreciate your feedback! It seems like we’re into different types of videos tbh. I don’t like the upbeat coffee shop music that you’re talking about, for me it’s either ambient or jazz instrumentals, not a big fan of electronic beats personally. I hope you still enjoy my content otherwise
