This is such a great review/summary Carie, thank you!! So thorough. I have to admit, I haven’t picked the book up since I read the first few pages, but everything you have shared has inspired me to pick it up again, at some point. I really related to what you shared about trying to trying to start more than one habit training at a time, especially with my kids. I’m definitely going to take the time to work on one at a time and build up. Thank you!!
