you should def look into reading more books or taking online classes! not a bad thing but your thoughts always seem so scattered and reading and continuously learning will help improve that !

Maddy S agreed :)

maybe reading would help a bit, but the way she talks is SOoOOoOOooo ADHD, scattered thoughts and the constant "um" is literally all ADHD. so meds would probably be more helpful than reading... Emma is a great example of what inattentive adhd looks like, and in women especially as adhd is stereotypically seen as a hyperactive boy who just has way too much energy
@alishaschupp46094 жыл бұрын
I don't think shes scatter brained or adhd, seems more like she just likes to keep busy and has high energy and she puts it to good use by working out and being successful in life. It's a good thing to be like that.. not everyone is the same.
@jeanine51714 жыл бұрын
@@alishaschupp4609 it's pretty apparent that she lacks the vocabulary or clear train of thought when she's speaking
@babysparks054 жыл бұрын
@@sportybutgirlie101 Hmm I disagree. I have inattentive adhd as a girl, and I'm still educated and can form sentences without saying um every sentence. reading will improve her ability to speak more than a couple sentences at once before having to say um and forgetting what she was saying. and i do not take meds. as a random commenter and not a psychiatrist, you should not tell anyone whether they should take meds or not.

emma, you are such a sweet and genuine person and i love that you open up and talk about your personal challenges with your viewers. many of us struggle from the same things (anxiety, mental illness, etc.) and i appreciate you addressing these things and being open about it! ive dealt with some of the same things and it definitely is not easy to talk about, so i truly admire you a lot. i hope you and your family and friends stay safe! xo

Don't let the steam from your water heater for tea go under the cabinet when it's on. The steam will ruin the wood and could cause mold. Just put it out from under the cabinet.

I would encourage you to read more Emma. It’ll increase your confidence in speaking and help you better express/explain things. You don’t have to read anything dense or complicated, just do it for leisure and watch how you grow in that area.

I love ur vids bc they’re so real and relatable! I struggle w anxiety too. Also, I agree, even though getting up out of bed and moving when you’re super down and low is the HARDEST thing ever, it is not helping to just stay in bed & actually feeding it. Moving around and/or meditation is the best thing for anxiety.
@anastasiareynold94674 жыл бұрын
i struggle with anxiety too emma, and since u struggle w meditating which i totally get especially w adhd that sound v hard, practicing gratitude can be really helpful in switching your mindset in addition to things such as getting your mind and body moving. for ex i totally get how only being able to see maggie might make ur anxiety worse, but try being grateful in that moment that you aren't the many ppl who are quarantining in isolation and are unemployed on top of that. don't look at it as more of a sad thing like oh i feel so bad for those ppl, but rlly focus on the gratitude part for yourself :)

Something that I think you need to address to your viewers is that you DON'T need to have clear skin to be beautiful. Not everyone can afford expensive treatments and consultations. I'm sure you have many young viewers who may be going through hormonal changes and experiencing self-image issues. I understand that for some, getting treatments done is beneficial to an extent and there is totally nothing wrong with wanting to have treatments done. But, if you're reading this and if you have skin, clear or not, embrace the natural texture of your skin because its beautiful! Your skin is a magnificent organ that works very hard in protecting your beautiful self! Embrace the naturalness of your skin!
