what happens in case 3, when supply and demand changes by one unit for NBV x31, where we are not able to form a loop.

Hello! Since x31 is an NBV, yes we have to create a loop and here's the loop: x31-x32-x12-x13-x23-x21-x31. You may find the explanation about Loop on this video kzfaq.info/get/bejne/i96lib13stmcoqs.html (starting around the 4th minute).

Hello! In 11:39, we have to take the intersection of all requirements of delta; such that the intersection among all those requirements is -2
