Whenever I cook strong smelling foods like bacon I keep my vent fan on in the kitchen & in the bath room too the whole time before & after I cook, plus I light a candle or incense to help counteract it. I leave them on even if I leave the house to talk my pup. I live in a tiny studio tho, so it might be easier to clear out the smell compared to a larger space.

Do your own research but it well documented that fluoride does not prevent cavities. It is also very disruptive to both oral and gut bacteria.

That’s not true. Of course it doesn’t prevent cavities by itself, you obviously have to brush properly and use floss to clean between the teeth, but flouride gives extra protection and strengthens the enamel so of course it works. For example if you have small stage 1 and 2 cavities it will protect and remineralize your teeth and prevent them from growing bigger, it obviously only works in combination with good dental care, so brushing and cleaning your teeth properly like I said before. But the flouride in toothpaste is more than enough for proper protection as long as you don’t rinse after brushing. Also I’m not just saying this, I have a bachelors in dental hygiene so I should know😅
