I try to strike the right balance between house chores, family, and self to feel happy and satisfied.

can't agree more. I struggeled for years to now make the perfect poha. From making hard, uncooked and halwa poha to the perfect kanda poha and yes frying peanuts are icing on the cake to the dish. So love all your videos. and of course this kinda spa session peps you for the upcoming week with zest and the feeling of being pampered.

Masha Allah Cute kids! I love poha.In here we are calling Awal.poha porridge is very healthy breakfast.( Soak a poha half an hour boiled and add grated jaggery Salt cardamom poweder and thick coconut milk.finaly add beaten egg and switch off the stove.)

Hey Swati, I’m from Kerala. And for the vegetable stew you could add half a teaspoon of pepper to the vegetables when you’re sautéing it. And half a teaspoon of Garam masala in the end before you switch off the flame. This could help you give the vegetable stew the right Kerala flavour. 😀 will u try it next time and let me know 😀 And the right combo is usually appams which is rice, coconut scraper or coconut milk and a spoon of rice soaked overnight, then ground together and kept for fermenting with yeast in a spoon of warm water and sugar to activate. And once fermented, u can make the appams 😀 Btw love your vlogs and I’ve already made many of your recipes and we love it! Thanks a lot Swati 🥰

Hi Sunanda, thank you for connecting with me here. So good to see that you like watching the vlogs. Well, thank you for updating me. I thought Appam is the one with thin edges and a soft thicker center made in appam Kadai, whereas Sponge or Set dosa has similar thickness all around. But yes as much the look might differ, the taste has no difference. But the crux is, I love dosas in all shapes and forms. Specially ones with coconut added in it. I am a huge fan of Puttu Kadala too. Oh...I am drooling now :P. Stay tuned and stay connected dear!

@@TalkingMom hey after uploading i clicked like button and commented but after watching whole vlog i can't control myself to comment again vlog is really very nice as always n one tip dear for crispy dosa put off pan from gas and drop little oil and wipe it with napkin or tissue and then pour 2 big batter spoon in middle and spread and then put it on gas and one more thing dear please make a home tour video your house is so beautiful...touch 🪵.
