I’m currently reading a limited series, Batman vs. Predator III , in the physical format and … I’m thinking to start on Marvel Unlimited some of the X-men series which started in 2019. There are 4-5 of them, any suggestions ?

The X-related titles that I have enjoyed from the beginning of that era were House of X Powers of X (must read), X-men by Jonathan Hickman, Wolverine, X-Force and Hellions. Cable was pretty fun too, short and sweet, only 12 issues. The Hickman stuff is top tier, Although Benjamin Percy and Zeb Wells do an awesome job too. Hellions has epic art, and a pretty great story.
