Lunch prep looks delicious! I’m gonna try that. I think that is something my whole family would like. Definitely could use the motivation to stock the pantry and fridge. Just got my groceries and stuff yesterday and most is still sitting in the table except refrigerated items. 🤦🏻‍♀️ My pantry and fridge both need organized desperately so that is the plan for today.

Boil your peppers in water for about 5 minutes will start cooking them. That will cut down your cook time in the oven. Hope this helps. Love your meal preps.

Thanks for sharing your haul and meal plan. BTW-Sam’s club has a great deal on their can chicken and it’s delicious. I think you will really like it and it’s at a really good price. It’s the size cans you used today but I think it has 6 cans in it. Just thought I would let you know since you like chicken and a good deal. Have a wonderful day!

I love canned chicken in quesadillas! they come together alot quicker and I don't have to give it much thought or prep! you might try blanching the peppers before you bake them. just put them in a colander and pour boiling water over them. or you could just put them in a pot filled with water and bring the water to a boil then pour it out. either way, it helps soften the peppers! thanks for sharing! xoxo

I got it from nespresso! They sent me a new one! But you can get from many places! I like iced forte and Melozio.

Do you like the sweet creamer? I used to buy it all the time but it’s not cold stone creamery anymore and I don’t think it tastes as good now, even though it says it’s the same taste different look 🤨 what do you think?
