This week I made 2 different meals for the next weeks of healthcare shifts as a corporate optometrist. Easy but different variation of meals that are ready to heat for the workday. Meal prepping doesn't have to be a chore; make it fun! Vary your foods and texture so you aren't eating the same thing every day but it is still nutritious and tasty.
