Happy belated anniversary to you and Mike. Glad y'all got away for some fun and R&R. I'm sure it was needed. Glad Foster and Colby have adjusted well without Ash. Amimals are in tune when something happens. They just know. I've had all my fur babies cremated. Seven cats and three dogs. All their urns are in the privacy of my bedroom on top of armoire. They're all special and sacred to me. Some people might think it's weird to have your pets cremated but they're all my babies and I miss each and every one of them. Especially since I don't have human kids. Good to hear that you and Mike are doing okay. There will be things that will trigger your emotions but it will lessen in time and eventually when you see or hear something that reminds you of Ash, you'll smile and remember the goods times you had with him. Right now it's still raw and emotional which is understandable and normal. Much love to you and Mike. 🫶

Thank you, Jennifer! Yeah, I can't imagine not wanting to cremate your pets. But to each their own, I suppose. We're taking it day by day!

I admit I had a small giggle when I saw that short sleeve sweater... :) Small fact, I do love Alanis, so much I even auditioned for her Too Hot music video in Toronto back in early 91. I was 15 at the time, snuck down to the city, danced my but off... did not make the cut (had a lot of fun though). Donnie Darko is always great and was super excited to see it on the Last Drive in. Although last week oof, that was an adventure for sure. Not my fav - but always excited to watch Joe Bob any which way. Have a good week!

Hahaha trust me, I did too! And omg that's amazing about auditioning for her video! And saaaaame about Donnie Darko. I hadn't watched it in years, so it was a treat for Joe Bob night. And lmao yes, this past week wasn't my favorite, but got lots of good laughs anyway.

The sleeves on the sweater kinda made it looked like you were wearing like the shoulder pads or whatever they are called that football players wear. Happy to see you back and that you guys are doing ok. 🙂
