I’m so sorry to hear about your younger brother 🫂😔🤍 How I’m coping? I take each day as it comes. I cry when I want to cry and I spend time with those closest to me. It helps having a support structure that understands the type of person you are and won’t make you feel some type of way when you are emotional etc. It’s tough but life goes on and we just need to find ways to navigate with grief. I’m so sorry babe. I know your pain too well 🫂 Take it one day at a time that’s all I can say. Don’t close yourself off from the world and those who want to be there for you. Go outside, reconnect with God, lean on HIM even though you may have a lot of questions. If you can, seek therapy, exercise. These are all things I have been doing the past 4 months which have kept me sane.
