I found out today that this Fall line for Michaels is based off Bridgerton… just wanted to throw that out there and maybe mitigate some comments. Thank you for being real and discussing mental health openly, people always talk about their happy times but not about the sad moments there's nothing wrong with being sad personally I'm a recoving addict and I suffered a near fatal overdose in 2019, i was in a coma for awhile instead the damage physically and mentally I suffered from that incident along with past drug abuse has greatly effected my serotonin it's really hard for me to "feel" happy I take what I can get and I've learned it's OK to be sad or cry too 💛 the more I watch you the more I like you as a human, struggling, doing the damn thing and I think you're doing great 🦋

As an Arizonan, I feel your pain on the summer thing. It's our winter and everyone stays inside or leaves town and goes somewhere cooler for a couple of months. It gets oppressive and depressing and going in the stores to see fall and Halloween decor makes it just a little less depressing. I'm usually ok up to 4th of July, but after that, I'm over it. It's perfect timing, though, because all of the Fall goes up right around that time! 🍂🍂🍂

Girl same! I've got pots as well as eds among other things and we were in Orlando the same time as u for the Orlando informer meetup. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE DO A SUMMER MEETUP. I've been bed ridden since. It was horribly hot. My shoulder is totally unmoveable headache daily for me is always but between sciatic shoulder neck and exhaustion I'm over it. Not even Halloween is enough to excite me. Hope u feel better soon. I can't believe we used to go to sea world all the time in summer.....I honestly am just trying not to worry about myself. Not ok. Its ok to not be ok...but it sucks. ❤

Your parents are just the sweetest! As we get older, we worry about them more, isn’t it funny how they worry about us growing up and now it’s us about them. It’s not easy at times but know Your parents are happy. As for this Florida heat, you’re absolutely right, it’s been hell. Temps have been creeping to almost 100. I’m with you on delaying visiting theme parks, heat + overcrowded parks= a miserable time for me. Air Conditioning is a must! I don’t understand about Michael’s either. Mental health is def something important that a lot of people dismiss. Talking to a therapist is def helpful. I have my own therapist and I love her! My parents live in PR and I haven’t seen them in a while so I’m planning to hopefully see them soon. I totally get that feeling of having to say “see you again soon”. Have you looked into asmr? Girl, there are some amazing asmr channels out there and they are so relaxing. Also, for the shoulder and arm pain, maybe try a heating pad? Ok, let’s talk Halloween lol… the fall collection at Michael’s is def a bit odd… not what I expected… this Parisian theme gives me Bridgerton vibes. I think the mirror with the gold frame was my fave item. On a random note, cannot wait for House of the Dragon tonight lol!

Bridgerton is a great line for spring, I mean you could definitely do a French halloween masquerade type thing or a Marie Antoinette meets the French Revolution thing and maybe tie it into Bridgerton, the thing is, it's a show set in London which makes even less sense having a French line.

Hey, Cris! For the headache, try cayenne pepper and extra virgin olive oil. Yeah, I know it sounds weird. The combo decreases inflamation, improves blood circulation, and helps digestion. So should be good for headaches too. (Morning time) I put between one and two tablespoons of the oil in a shotglass and a couple shakes of the pepper and shoot it. 😂 Maybe give it a try?

Hey Cris, you might want to get yourself some good quality electrolytes (no Gatorade lol). They really help with muscle tightness and tension. Plus all the heat, you really need them. My favorite is the seeking health brand. A little pricey, but definitely works wonders. Natural grocers, whole foods or vitamin stores probably have some good ones too. Hope it helps! Love the vlog!

Chris, you need to rest, girl. You've got a lot of traveling ahead of you. Halloween is right around the corner, you and. Tampa j. You're going. To go to allah the hunting houses. And do a lot of traveling. So take it easy. And you're so lucky you have parents. Both of my parents passed away when I was very very young so I raised myself. So be blessed you still have them. I know we all don't live forever. But we all move on and we have to have to be strong. I was living by myself when I was 15 I had no one not one person to help. We didn't have phones back then. Didn't have a computer. I lived in a room above a ice cream shop that I worked at. I just moved on it was hard. You just have to keep busy busy when it happens. You have to be strong for you and. Tampa jay. So always remember I see a therapist every other week. For what i've gone through and it helps. I don't know how I raised myself, but I did it. And now I am 64. Have two beautiful children got married. Got divorced. And they're grown up about your age. So just take care.Get lots of rest.You got a lot ahead of you coming up very soon.
