Maya stoppppp! For 5 years I was addicted to weed. I “needed” it to eat, sleep, wake-up…just to exist. I went t back to my hometown after I reached a year of sobriety. I felt the temptation and the need to go back to my temptation the same as you did! Just hearing you speak about the struggle of going back where you became dependent. I knew I was drawn to your KZfaq for some reason congratulations on 500k that’s so huge; but I struggled with substance abuse to marijuana as well but God is so good to have delivered and healed me from that for almost a year and the struggle does come but I thank Jesus for saving me. TaSeraji I'm from South Africa, I'm 19 rn and Ive always struggled with my relationship with God. I had resentment towards him for the way things had gone down in my life. My father passed away when I was 5 asleep right next to his body, my mother sold her body for drugs and that led to her addiction and her abandoning me and my siblings. This made me resent god for allowing me to go through so much as a child and although my grandmother took us in and did the best she could at raising us in the township she couldn't get me to even call myself Christian. And this is where're you come in Maya I first stumbled upon your channel about 2 years ago in 12th grade and you're testimony on how God had freed you from you're own life made me have hope for my own to this day I cam gladly call myself a Christian women and although I'm still a baby Christian I've come further than I have ever before in my spiritual journey and I thank you for sharing your testimony as I wait to have my own breakthrough in Christ. ❤

Mya your testimony is so deep and it hits hard ! To see where you are now is so beautiful to see. And with me being a ftm finding my way through motherhood your videos have got me through it !!! When baby is down for a nap I love tuning in while I get things done around the house , you’ve definitely reminded me of self care rasing little ones , you’ve pushed me to get closer with god the one video mainly in particular that stood out to me was when you were at the gym and when you got back home you had a anxiety attack and when you sat on your balcony at your apartment and read your bible that part was so real and raw I felt god’s presence ( I deal with a lot of anxiety 😅 ) but after that video specifically I got a bible app and would listen to podcast and now every Sunday I go to church with my little family and do a class after service , what you do on here is so big you touch so many with your word , we all love you girl, I’ve learned to slow down and trust god , have talks with god with each day I feel I’m getting closer to my real self through god. I’m fulfilling myself as a good mother , fiancé , sister, aunt , niece , friend , all of it I use to hate becoming soft but now I’m embracing it and knowing I didn’t ever need to be some “tough” close minded women 💕 thank you girl 💕 @____meagannnnnn
