Warm up- Dynamic stretches: 5 minutes
RDLs- 4x12 sets
Superset RDLs with Single Leg RDLs to a reverse lunge- 4x10each leg
Dumbbell hip thrusts -5x12 **5 sec hold at the top after each rep
Goblet Squats- 4x12
Elevated Reverse Lunges -4x10 each leg
Leg Press- 4x10
