I went from a job I’d started as an after school job and then worked there full time through my early 20’s. Now I’m 25 and starting a new job and I’m struggling not knowing everything. However, I also relate to what you said about the work place vibe. My new workplace feels so supportive and like they really care about their staff and it’s so refreshing.
