As a dental assistant/ I was trained to take notes on life events and updates of the patient while the dentist chats to the patient before starting the exam and we update the notes in the file! My dentist then looked at these notes before each appointment

I love the Cashmere syrups. I got some in August or September. The pumpkin spice and gingerbread flavours are my favourites. Adult Son and I were in Melbourne 2 weeks ago for a concert and did our obligatory Starbucks stock up of syrups and blonde roast coffee beans.

@@smileycitrus Both are addictive. I was surprised, in a good way, when my bottles arrived and they were plastic. I was expecting glass bottles. OTR do pumpkin spice lattes and iced pumpkin spice lattes during American Thanksgiving season, even though we don't have thanksgiving and are not in America

Girl I get you with dental anxiety Last year the year I turned 30 I realised I hadn't been to the dentist in 15 years It was so daunting but also felt so great when I finished had wisdom teeth out and a few fillings I was so shocked I didn't need more extensive work from avoiding the dentist for that long

RE Mabel: when our doggie was on her period (lol) we put on little diapers for dogs because I mean she left a trail of blood lol. Maybe look into that ☺️
