I loveeeee that little tip at the end about the alarm. You’re so right, don’t hat go straight to your alarm and turn it off. Also keeping your phone on another side of the room helps, bc then you have to get your body all the way up too turn it off! Slowly but surely working on my early wake up times too! For spaghetti or pasta... You have 2 choices. Either put a little olive oil or salt in the water to help with sticking. The water must come to a boil before you put in the pasta. Now the next part is the type of spaghetti. The cheaper the spaghetti the more it sticks. You need a "Fork" slotted spoon to keep splitting the spaghetti. ( I dont know how to explain but its like you scoop the spaghetti and shake it off the spoon to keep it from sticking together). You must keep the spaghetti from sticking. You cannot just leave it. Now in the case for pasta in general years ago it used to be where you needed to wash the pasta after you drain with hot water to wash off the starch. But no need nowadays. Some good brands are La Molisana or De Cecco (pronounced Deh Chekko). You keep practicing you are doing great! To help with confusion you can pre-prep food (I like to prechop onions and peppers and put in the freezer) then work on food foods can start and leave without touching (like ground beef) and then tend to something like spaghetti.

I'm from the Midwest and recently moved to the DFW area and people almost had a heart attack when I told them we have fish or chicken,salad and garlic bread when we eat spaghetti!! They were literally baffled🤣🤣

You should buy frozen bellpeppers and onions, makes cooking soooooo much easier! They’re already cutup, but you can make them smaller if you want, I highly recommend, especially for moms

I use Clindamycin in the AM and Tretinoin in the PM. In a month my face cleared up and fast forward to a year later I don't even get acne before my cycle. It is some OTC products my dermatologist recommended to go along with my routine. But both those prescription topicals are the holy grail 💖

Careful you don’t develop antibiotic resistance to clindamycin! Ask you derm or doctor to be sure ❤

@@lexi6115 thanks. The one my dermatologist has me on is the Clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide mix. It is suppose to decrease the chances of resistance.

Hi McKenna I love your 2-hour vlogs I look forward to them all the time I noticed your breakout situation and what really works for me is called bye bye blemish it's a pink clay serum and you just put it on all the dots on your face before you go to bed and then when you wake up most of your acne should be gone or almost gone also I use Liquid Band-Aid which works sometimes too but bye-bye blemish is really good and it's cheap and you can get it at any Rite Aid any Walgreens or on Amazon

What I did to learn what I like 😃 n my house is I started to look at home decor books which showed me how to mix and match colors that compliment each other .. Now I've gotten pretty good at it.. It's okay to not know none of us are born know how to do this we learn by trial and error .
