Experiencing a very sharp episode of chronic physical pain as I listen to you Max. The Father, I believe, is allowing this to rid my soul of deeply embedded psychological and physical pain I experienced from infancy to about seven years old from necessary, but painful medical interventions and separations from my parents. Pray that this physical pain would subside, but more importantly, that I would learn to trust the Father with childlike faith. Thank you!

It’s good to remember that sadness will come, but it will not last forever.

I recall and reflect on the time (around the age thirteen) when my father passed away. It was a cold, gray, drizzly afternoon at the Cemetery. All the Funeral Guests had walked over to the Graveyard Plot for the Body Committal. I stayed behind in the limousine, feeling sort of numb and empty --thinking with a dread, I have no father now. I perceived a strange presence around me and became afraid. I never told anyone. A short time passed when I was asked by Administration to introduce my Church Pastor to the School Assembly. I was nervous, shy, yet felt honored. Several years later, He and his wife got a chance to see me in my first Prom dress and told me how beautiful I was. I just beamed! That means a lot to an awkward, orphaned adolescent. He was one of my References who recommended me for a Four-year Academic Scholarship, Officiated at my Marriage (s) [Oops! I'm far from perfect, a broken vessel, least of saints]. I am so grateful that Rev. Battle got the chance to see our son (especially since he married Robert and I) --who sat on his knee before he passed away. There is grief, tears and painful loss; but joy comes in the morning! God Sent a Father Presence in my life. He Was Jesus Carrying me all the while. 😇🕊Amen💙

Max I am here in Houston and I am frustrated because I need to see a couple of specialists but because of insurance I have to have referrals for each one and then their schedules are two to three months out! It's just so hard working with them cause no one has any sense of urgency and in the meantime I am constantly in pain. Trying not to fear the unknown. My peace is in Jesus but as a human it is hard! And I am all alone.

3 big ones connected to my life: A colleague lost a 5 month old last week. Another friend went on her parents' 50th anniversary cruise, but the father was hospitalized on the trip and passed before he could make it home. Lastly, my dad had a biopsy a few days ago, and we are awaiting results. He has kept church at arms length for a long time and has some real incidents of unrepentant cruelty in our relationship history that I've recently confronted him on. I greatly appreciate your prayers for all 3 ; thank you so much.

Please pray for my carpal tunnel surgery will be successful and my son-in-law’s excruciatingly painful back pain will cease very soon. He’s been off work for months now. He gets better and then as it gets close to him returning to work he somehow re-injures it. Could it be psychological, maybe? My poor daughter has been doing everything for him and me, her mother, while working full time! I had 8 broken bones on my foot and fixed with surgery last August and it’s painful everyday now! We had church’s elders here to pray for us yesterday and I am feeling better today but he is in excruciating pain again today! We r under terrible attack on our bodies with pain. Please pray for us!! Please pray for my brother Robert Clarke. He is 69 years old, in grave physical health due to alcoholism and refuses help from family and health care workers. Since he lives over 50 miles from me, it is not easy for me to get to him in times of trouble. He falls a lot, is on oxygen and forgets at times to take his medicines. He has assistance through a county program but refuses their help also. I've done tough love throughout the years, hoping against hope that he'll listen., to no avail.

Hi Max. If you could please pray for me. A lot has been happening to me for meny years. I'm 49 and I have suffered with severe depression and anxiety since I was 15 and even younger than that as a child. I struggled at school learning and was always compared to my brothers and sisters. Unfortunately I had no confidence and didn't receive any help at school. My mother tried to help but my father said I was lazy and was very disappointed in me. I've tried to commit suicide 3 times in my life and the worst was when my 3 children were young and they found me and I have never forgiven myself for that. My marriage has been a very unhappy one. And ended 2 years ago. My ex husband doesn't believe in God and would belittle me a lot in front of my children. We had different moral values and hes aggressive in the way he talks and had physically twice hurt me. He blamed me because of my depression. My children are 18, 21 and 24 and unfortunately they have gone with the way of the world and my ex husband. My daughter told me last week she is bisexual and wasn't very pleasant to me when she told me. We have been living in Ireland since my youngest daughter was born. We are from England but my husband wanted to move here his parents are originally from here. I'm returning to England in 12 days to seek help from the mental health service there which is a lot better than here. I have wanted to return to Leeds England where I'm from for meny years as I have a good family there. Who love and support me. My ex husband would not ever consider moving back even though he new I was struggling. I'm worn out physically and emotionally and mentally. My faith is at an all time low. I'm scared of the future and sad to leave my children but I need to get well and be around my family who have faith in God and are gentle and kind. I will be living with my father. My mum passed away 8 years ago. She was wonderful and full of faith in God and helped me through tuff times. Please could you pray for me and my children. I have a lot of hurt and pain. Very depressed and anxious and have felt like life is not worth living. I want to feel God's presence healing and peace. Which I haven't felt for a long time. Thank you Aideen Greene

I was touched by these words. My sweet husband passed This Easter Sunday. I am heart broken and miss him terribly. Not a day goes by i shed a tear. I’m in disbelief and numb I walk around in a daze. I do most things now alone. Simple things become an effort that I never had to experience because he was there to open my door to lessen the pain when trouble would come. Always came to the rescue to comfort me. He was my companion. This is the hardest thing ever. I know I’m not alone God is with me. And I trust him. He is my only hope and strength these days.
