Here is my weigh in. I am currently on a calorie deficit weight loss program and I weigh in once every two weeks.
I started back in Jan and this is weigh in 12 I think.

I watched Neils live on Tiktok on Thursday morning, and he said not to lower the calories that he has set, even if dropping into the next stone bracket. He said the only thing that will happen, is you will get hungry and then loose the momentum, that will then cause you to eventually give up. His message was slow and steady, and not to play around with your allowance, so after listening to his live, I think you have made the right choice to not change anything 🙂 Watching you, you're in control, not the food controlling you - you've got this. 🏆Also, I personally love the combination of vlogs for craft, DITl and general day to day bits and bobs 😃

Thanks lovely. That really helps to know I am doing the right thing and I enjoy inc lots of diff parts of my life so will probably do a craft video soon. Once I finish this cardigan most likely xx

Hi Julie, I just wanted to say how much I enjoy watching your posts. I hope you don’t mind me saying but you are glowing at the moment, you can really see a difference and it’s great to see how much you seem to be enjoying your fitness programme. I love the honesty with your meals, you have inspired me! I have bought a new notebook to record my progress and I have planned some meals I know I will enjoy! It really does. It’s just finding something you enjoy that you want to keep doing. I am loving the program I am doing as it’s challenging in a different way and I never know what to expect xx

Well done Julie 👌 You’re doing so well. I’d go with a new channel for your crafts 😊 I’m on week 4, I’ve lost 11 and a half pounds 🤩 Thrilled with it, I only lost 1/2 lbs last week, but kept on with it & this week lost 6 1/2lbs 🎉 Have a good week, Em 💜

@@JulieBuda Thanks Julie & yeah it’s a bit out of the ordinary & I’d imagine it’s going to slow down now. I think it’s better to lose it slowly, it’s not good for the body to lose it too fast. But I’m pleased I’ve had a kick start, as I’ve struggled losing the weight before with just calories, but I’ve now changed what I eat. Xx

Thanks Susie, yes that weight is gone forever!! I honestly am so excited - I have wanted to go for so long. We have an apartment not too far from the stadium so hopefully will not have to worry about getting home as it’s walkable. Thanks so much for your support as always. Eddie has enjoyed Father’s Day (I think) he has played Xbox most of the day and Chloe came over with some beer for him. Been to the cemetery and put some flowers on for dad - haven’t vlogged much today but back at it tomorrow xx

Well done Julie 👏👏calorie counting definitely feels good as you said it doesn’t feel like a diet ! Although I have been a little slack with the walking and counting calories this week but I’m back on it today !! I feel the best is slow and steady as if I loose weight quick I can put it on even quicker ! I also want to do it for health too !!!Good luck this week xxx

I think we both have the same mindset so can keep each other going. If ever I haven’t exercised and see you have been out for a walk I think come on Julie get moving!! And it’s ok to have a few days not so strict - I have def had an easier weekend but calories reset tomorrow and I am on it xx

I enjoy watching your vlogs. Sometimes camera moving too fast from point A to B may leave the viewer dizzy. Weigh in updates are much better because camera is still.

Julie any particular reason for switching from stones pounds to only pounds record keeping. Im a new sub, watching your old videos. You mentioned in "15 facts about me" vdo you have no self confidence. No way, you speak so well, run a youtube channel, reach out to loads of people through this platform. Keep going . 😊❤

Omg the 15 facts about me video was 4 years ago so you are watching older videos - I really do have no self confidence/ esteem. I am trying to do better. I keep both measurements . My Renpho shows me in pounds when I step on the scales and that is what the real loss boss wanted. But the Renpho app shows me stones and pounds so I normally have a screen shot of both. In my old videos I was attending slimming world and they only did stones and pounds. Thanks so much for your support - it means a lot xx
