Hi everyone,
Most of us are keen to lose fat and stay fit, however, we find it really difficult to follow a diet plan. So, here I am sharing my simple and easy diet plan for everyone. You don't have to spend extra or cook extra. I have been doing this for over a month and there's a significant change I can see. Remember, follow this with all your heart and do not cheat.
In this diet plan, I have ensured that I get to eat variety of food however to be mindful of the portions.
Please note, never go for any kind of crash diet plans (keto, fruit diet, no food diet etc) because it will initially help you lose weight but once you stop it you will gain more. So always try to follow simple diets and aim at losing weight slowly.

Instead you can keep soaked chia seeds in fridge and add 1 tsp soaked into lukewarm lemon water in the morning🙂

Hi veekshitha mam..... Need one clarification...... There is a difference between chia seeds and basil seeds and what u used is basil seeds..... Chia seeds is also called sabja seeds which can also consume without soaking.... Whereas basil must be soaked❤️

One suggestion, you need not go eat only fruits and veggies completely carb-free for dinner. You can eat your regular meal itself, but in less quantity(just like your lunch) . Don't advise audience to eat less carbs to reduce weight as you told in the video. When you do this, you'll actually lose out on energy and feel weak and fatigued. In fact tell them that they have to eat more protein in their daily diet: 1g protein/kg, so if you're 55 kgs= 55 grams of protein! This will help them keep up energy throughout the day. Moderation is important alva! Include more eggs, pulses, fish, dal in your food for protein!

All this diet is very good with boiled corn and cucumber that is just a part of food you need proteins too in the diet moreover younger generation tends to replicate the west Our traditional food is the best which is called fully organic here in the america We really need to upkeep our typical udupi food I used to relish as a child at my tulu friends home I love all your videos

Instead of ketchup u can eat rice no, ketchup contains so many sugar and unwanted preservatives. I thought you know this thing's bcoz u r a wife of a doctor na, sry for this that u eat ketchup in ur diet.
