We had an absolutely stacked day in the training hall today (yesterday) with some extremely heavy attempts. I also got to commentate on the Women's -49kg category which was as spectacular as I had hoped, as well as the blood bath that was the men's -55kg category.

Jeez ,Rahmat Erwin Abdullah🇮🇩really set the Clean&Jerk World Record in -73kg by 2kg from B Group and Won the Title as well above His TeamMates Rizki Juniansyah who set Silver .Even though His Snatch was a bit Disappointed to Misa 157kg Twice after 152kg Opener but Still 2kg WR from Shi ZhiYong 198kg was Insane with 192kg Opener and 200kg Second Attempt Failed but Managed to Stick on His Third

They won’t have a spare minute outside the competition venue and the venue has no food options unfortunately. Many athletes have brought their own food.

@@CatNerfer3000 it really depends on the venue and the host nation. But in these particular circumstances, I think it has to do with changing the host nation from China back in March over Covid concerns.

@@o-neil His Dad actually didn't quite Good on Snatch back in His Carreer early 2000 till 2004 .But Clean&Jerk 190kg on 69kg at AsiamGames 2002 was Legit .And now His Son Rahmat Erwin Abdullah won the 2022 World Championship as well with took 2kg WR from ShiZhiYong 198 to 200kg🏋♂

Most of team China have superhero physiques. From the media coverage (and the fact he kept his tshirt on) it also seems like Tian Tao is kind of staying lowkey? They need to share some of their secret juice and vitamins with my boy Tian!

Yes ,Sessions was made by Entry Total from the Competitor .So that was part of Strategy like Attempt Selection .And Rahmat really did it Twice at Olympics Tokyo 2022 which he Sneak the Bronze and Match Olympics Record Clean&Jerk and Now at 2022 World Championship he Won the Title with Clean&Jerk 2kg World Record 200kg

I think Sebs commentary is unneeded. Would be much more interesting to just show the lifts with no music.

Really? The commentary gives the lifts context, which imo makes it more interesting. We can't get that context with just a clip of the lift itself
