Juice is not a diet drink there is no nutrition in juice. Instead eating fruits makes stomach full. Average human need 2000 calories to maintain body weight. If you eat less calories gradually your weight will decrease. No need of crash dieting. I am also mother. I know if I am healthy I can take care of my family. So please consult nutritionist she/he can give you proper guidance to lose weight.

Exactly even I follow the same and lost 11 kgs weight in 4+ months I ate 1500 to 1600 calories per day ( no sugar means no tea or coffee only lemon tea , very very less usage of oil , daily one fruit like apple or pomegranate etc )for 2 months without cheat day Later after I ate 1300 calories per day & evening belly fat exercise for 30 minutes that’s it . Note : In this 4 + months I ate normal food only like dosa idli chapathi rice etc nothing special foods but instead of rice I used oats for idli dosa Pongal upma. I used rice only for lunch that too 250 grams of cooked rice remaining boiled veg curries & I ate peanut butter for snack must and should have curd . U can eat anything under 1600 for 2 months & under 1300 after 2 months Tqqqqq Am a feeding mother for 7 months baby From 80.4 to 69 & 38 inches to 32 & xxl to medium .

This is so misleading. You are an influencer people follows you blindly nutritiously it’s very wrong. You can loose weight and you can enjoy food at the same time. For example at morning oats with yogurt and fruits it gives enough protein carbs and fiber. Lunch you can eat cup rice with protein rich curry like chicken, eggs, and salad or veg curry. At night instead of 2 take one chapati and any type of protein like Panner, dal, beans, chicken, fish, with salad. For snacks apple with peanut butter, carrot with hummus or fruit with curd/ yogurt. This is one example which was given by nutrition.
