We loved land base fishing at Weipa! Going back this year so thanks for the extra information. We caught our three target fish last time at Red Beach grunter, bara and Threadfin salmon. Couldn’t believe our luck 👍 Tammy even caught a coral trout off Evans Landing! What an amazing place. We are enjoying your videos a lot Thankyou

Barra season is now open but I am not in Weipa at the moment. But over the next few weeks I will get back up there and do a land based Barra video.

@@wardysfishing9403 hard to say we were planning WA this year but getting further away so maybe back up to the gulf somewhere might make it to Weipa again - how much more road sealed ??

@@trekcampfish There is now less than 200k of dirt. So three quarters is sealed. Like the Bruce Hwy these days.
