I'm a Cancer woman and I've known a Scorpio man since I was a baby even though he is several years older than me. We lived in the same neighborhood. When I became an adult, we became good friends. Always kept in touch even if we went a few years without speaking to each other. He has taken me to dinner multiple times and to the park. He would sit up with me all night and we would just talk about everything. He never gave me more than a hug. Never came on to me until recently on his birthday last year. I was so surprised because I never knew he looked at me that way. He is not tall, but he's gorgeous, at least to me. I felt bad because I rejected his advance but I told him why and he said that made him want me more lol. So yes they can go YEARS being around you and never admit they in love with you. He told me last year for the first time that he loved me.
