That price is ridiculous Mark,and u know it,,I am currently very seriously looking on moving back to Sarasota/Venice area and buying,I have lived there just a few years ago in Bradenton,,your so called '"5star" park,,far from it,,but hey your a salesman,and so am I,so keep on keeping on

Can one buy a lot and pay a mobile home builder to construct a mobile home with foundation? Normally how much will that cost?

Hi JR: Thanks for commenting. All mobiles are factory built homes so that home would be built at the factory then transported to a homeowners lot whether it be on a piece of property they own or within a park where the owner of the home pays lot rent. Costs certainly vary quite a bit on a newly manufactured home being built in the factory.

Hi, I'm new to your Channel. Although it's clean. The Kitchen needs to be Upgraded and the Bathrooms as well. I don't like the Washer and Dryer in the Shed. $89,000 it's not worth it. I can see if they would have done the Upgrades, to bring it to there PRICE, But liked the Video anyway 😀❤️😍
