I keep repeating those words. Breathe. You are at peace. It's how I cope with PTSD, anxiety, and the world we live in. Sometimes it's not easy, but I have always found I constructed places in my head where I could feel at rest. Sometimes they are routed in reality. My home. My family. Other times they are born from my imagination - fantastical places where I am in control.
I like to animate these places as dioramas. Simple, crude even, but effective. And I love to compose music. In a different area of my life I write music professionally. You may have even heard me on Spotify. But that is a separate thing from this. This is about calm. This is about sharing my spaces with you. I hope you find comfort in my comfort. Relax, study, meditate. Whatever it takes for you to have time to yourself... just breathe.
