Recipient of a cake that is super easy on the gut.
*17cm mold*
_Tart dough_
120g prunes
100g almond pudding
_Cake filling_
600ml yogurt
300ml milk
6 tbsp chia seeds
130ml maple syrup
400g berries of your choice (frozen blueberries are recommended)
15g gelatin
75ml cold water
1 Mix the milk and chia seeds in a bowl and allow to absorb for at least 10 minutes.
2 Put the cold water in a heatproof container, sprinkle the gelatin and let it soften for at least 10 minutes.
Place a cookie sheet on the bottom of a mold that can be removed.
Chop the prunes and mix them with the almond pudding and place them in the bottom of the mold.
5 Combine yogurt, berries and maple syrup in a blender.
Add the blanched chia seeds and mix with a blender.
7 Add the gelatin dissolved in hot water and mix with a mixer.
Pour into a mold and chill in the refrigerator until firm.
9 Decorate with your favorite fruits and serve.
