the atmosphere in kinnick was great for mich this year. maybe not quite up to what it was for ohio st in 06 but that game was huge and you gotta like the results better in this game :). Made kinnick look great in only its 4th night game ever.

I saw only one game at kinnick stadium and it rumbled with hawkeye fans and the adrenaline was unlike anything I've ever felt..............besides the time I saw Pantera for the first time. It's a tie.

i cant wait till i start spending my saturdays at kinnick again this fall

Everyone claims that the Big Ten lacks competition, which may be true, but the SEC can't be a standard for competitiveness for the entire FBS. The Big 12 can't either, because playing in the North division is not as difficult as the South. Three players have left Iowa as juniors in the Ferentz era. I consider that a special program. Players that want a degree & are commited to four years usually aren't the most talented prospects, those that sign with the best programs.

Iowa didn't beat Ark State on the last play of the game we were up 24-14 with 1 minute left in the game and Ark state scored kinda irrelevant but if you wanna call that an escape OK? but it wasn't the last play of the game its not like they were going anywhere

I can very easily judge iowa by its conference. they dont play anybody. year after year there is some team in the big 10 that gets overhyped and gets blown out in the BCS.
