What??? I have known u as the running guy for a year now…. Never noticed any bike gear before…. Sweet set up! Always wondered if people can actually reach stuff on their zwift desk. Extending past aero seems like wit would be hard to balance….

Bonjour Alex. Sympa la visite de ta BatCave. Il y a donc, tes costumes, tes accessoires et j'imagine que c'est Jarvis qui tenait la caméra. Si tu désires améliorer quelque chose visuellement pour tes vidéos, il faudra te résoudre à repenser ta pièce comme un studio de télé, avec des éclairages et des éléments de décor correspondant précisément à ton cadrage. Après, pour ta vie de tous les jours ça peut aussi vouloir dire un espace plus très fonctionnel. Je ne sais pas si tu a vu le bazar incroyable du Shoedio de Seth quand il fait un contre-champ... ça ne fait pas forcément rêver. Mais un simple éclairage artificiel (voire coloré) peut te permettre de donner une autre ambiance à la pièce sans tout bouleverser. Sinon, j'ai remarqué que tes cadrages et tes angles de prises de vue changent selon les vidéos, ce qui donnent déjà des ambiances légèrement différentes. Et comme tu as souvent un écran en arrière plan (celui de ton vélo ou celui de ton plan de trail) tu pourrais peut-être y afficher un logo correspondant au lieu, à ta chaîne ou au titre de la vidéo. Seth a son "Shoedio" en lettres lumineuses. Il faut un truc simple car cet arrière plan risque d'être plus ou moins flou ( le "Zwift" se lit très bien, par exemple). Mais tu as tout le loisir de tenter des choses nouvelles (voire improbables) et tu devrais avoir des retours rapidement. Et bon weekend à toi.

Hi Alex , my wife wants to know where you got yout shoe boxes or brand ? BTW nice bike , been looking as ive been thinking of cycling again . Pondering about a road or gravel since i do not do trails anymore and planning to stick to road.

My suggestion.. As this is the core of your life I would put it all in the living room. Give it the respect it deserves. If you have a family it will make them take part in the activities and keep you in the family and not take you out of the family when you exercise.

“The pain cave” is the metaphorical place where a runner goes when a run becomes physically taxing. Calling your living room your pain cave doesn’t make any sense
