St John’s Home for Men is in the leafy inner west Brisbane suburb of Toowong. Home to 64 men, St John’s provides specialised care and accommodation for men who have experienced homelessness, and who have complex behaviours and health issues. St John’s promotes trauma-informed, person-centred care that is recovery-oriented. Gentlemen are encouraged to continue to engage positively in life and the community. Individual and group lifestyle programs are provided and there is a memory support wing on site.
