I love how David Roberts introduce him to all the guys right away and the support he gives his guys is absolutely amazing 🤩

Makes me sad when people shit on Dave Roberts when they lose, but when they do good he gets no credit. The team is leading the MLB right now and have been dominating (Although struggling in Postseason to win the crown other than 2020) for the past decade. But there is no respect.

It’s really a testament to the organization how incredibly comfortable every single person getting called up into the clubhouse feels. All the coaches know their name, the rest of the boys are receptive, and Doc immediately brings the energy and excitement that comes with getting called up to the show. Just awesome to see and one of the many reasons we’ve had such prolonged success

Watching this live on TV was amazing. Outman got on base a couple times in his first game and him hitting a HR at his first at bat was insane.

Dodgers have the best farm system period! We always have good players moving up and all of them are ready to play once called up. This is why we continue to be MLB contenders for almost 10 years .

I think roberts just doesn't want to play him now but doesn't want him back in the minors just to have to send him back up or lose him to a different team. I am sure he will pinch hit soon or start against the Marlins

It was great seeing Outman come up and get such a warm welcome. But isn't there a lingering question? Where did he go? Wasn't it like 4 games or something? Why bring him up at all if you knew you were just gonna send him down? He hit well too. Some strike outs at the end, but all in all it was great.

As I type this comment, Joey Gallo's OPS with the Dodgers is .948. If we exclude the homerun he hit off of a position player, his OPS is .790.

As I look at Joey today 9/16 Joey is at .173 5 HRS SO’s 50% of the time. OPS 704. Time to cut losses and let Outman play.

Outman should still be in the bigs I think he is alot better than Gallo. I think it is wrong when someone is playing like outman did and you send him down and then pick up a player who hasnt been doing much for the other teams he is playing for and the Dodgers play him, Give the youngster a shot. I think they will try to trade him and some other players in the off season for Ohtani
