Kumasi residential areas are heavy and beautiful....we waiting for a new commercial and central business area with high rise buildings and towers of 12 floors, 15 floors etc

More of this development is needed in Kumasi. Now they should start the Airport city project and I also think the race course land should be made a proper CBD with skyscrapers only

Nope. Race course land should be made botanical gardens like Central Park in new york. Kumasi is already congested.

@@KOH2423 .Both can be done on the same land. Skyscrapers interspersed with plenty trees will do. That land needs iconic towers to elevate the beauty of the city

Kumasi estate developers should add sidewalks and covered drains to the plan.. Also they should consider passing the electric cables underground rather than hanging the electric lines on poles
