One thing I am learning about myself is, the more productive I am the less I watch or need these kinds of videos. The flip side of that coin is, in my least productive phase, I watch them a lot and feel inspired by them but not really doing much with the content or the message. I wonder who else has felt the same paradox?

So the hump is to store water when we are in the desert, the legs are for walking through the desert and these eye lashes protect my eyes from the desert then why in the Zoo?” The Lesson: Skills and abilities are only useful if you are in the right place at the right time. Otherwise they go to waste.

@Styre.. I started reading your post thinking that I would have a terrifically inspiring quote or story to recycle w my own network of friends and family. Instead, your "lesson learned" is the complete opposite, suggesting we are helpless victims to our environment. It disempowers us as individuals, and suggests that we do not have any control over *creating* opportunity, but rather we must stumble upon it like someone randomly finding a winning lottery ticket on the ground I'll resort back to the golden rule.. if you dont have anything good to say, dont say (or post) it. This clip is inspirational. Anyone watching it, keep up the grind! Hard work...works!

@7:53 it looks like a PRIME Ali is running in dress shoes ? ...He must have had " Maphisto's " ...best shoe I ever owned !! Soft, support and lool like a shoe you were a suit with, yet you could run in them !! ( $400 I paid for some in 2001) they lasted too....that's what Ali must be wearing here ! also @9:24 what a powerful beauty she is !! ...then Arnold bending that steel bar with about 600lbs. squating ! Ali was it !! I am 55 now and saw much of his greatness as a kid !! LOVE the man !

You welcome. Just so you know I watch this every time before I work out before I lift weights ,before I got for morning runs. When I'm in those last reps I remember Arnold's words ' with every rep that I do ,and I every set that I do.... , and Marc Gregor words "I told you imma champion" in this video ,.I can confidently say it has helped me transform my work outs and unlock powers I didn't have before. Just did 60 push ups in a row becouse of this! :) my best score is 116. You have to do it every single day to increase reps and stoping doing it will make you back to like 35 reps - by the way now I am doing perfect push ups :) and that one handed push up is not so hard at all I can do 15 on each hand!

I don’t just want to be a boxer, bodybuilder and actor. I want be one of the greatest bodybuilding champions boxers and actors of all time! I am grateful for my hard times and rock bottom now because when I do become champion it will be a historic comeback story. With respect to all those who have fallen Kobe, Franco, Rich Piana, Ali, eg I will honour your memories and be a legend as they were. The greatness comes when not good things come for me but when I am really tested. Because only when I have been in the deepest valley I will know how magnificent it is to climb the highest mountain. Others hate me but they won’t win unless I hate them.
