The "it" factor is often used in describing elite athletes, though few are able to explain just what "it" means. But to be an Elite 11 quarterback, you definitely must have "it."
Welcome to the It Factory is an eight-part documentary that tells the story of the 2016 Elite 11, the nation's top fraternity for high school quarterbacks.
The Elite 11 quarterbacks learn the importance of representing themselves with integrity not only on the gridiron, but online as well.

He's not the big man on campus, he has plenty of HUGE talent around him to teach and mentor him. He'll need to earn it at Ohio State, Haskins and Burrow won't just give it to him.

Although I agree with the message that Alexis Jones was trying to convey, the story she told was not totally accurate. First off, she claimed "not to know" who the men in the Jeep were, yet it was later found out that she not only followed both Nick Young and Jordan Clarkson on Instagram, but she also had previously done an entire news segment on Nick Young. Because of that, I find it hard to believe for her not to know who they were. I think the message she conveyed was great and necessary for these young men to learn, but also I think that the entire story should be told.

But what does it matter if she knew them or not? What difference does it make? They're famous, of course she probably knew him but didn't recognize him at the time. It still doesn't change the basis of the story.

But we all tend to want to paint a story where emphasize our point over and as a bit of a sacrifice to something other than the truth. But yes, I remember her story and remember reading it a bit differently than how she is conveying it there. And that whole thing that she is doing; is not going to be valid or receive donations unless she comes off a oh bit sensational. Because she might be talking to either future sperm donors for Alexis or just plain big money donors there. I got your point and agree. And us as people we are so easily manipulated to think and trust what anyone else is oh saying in telling the truth. Because what kind of person would actually exaggerate a story; definitely not a woman who is looking to get funding or what for her going around and talking about the excessive pains of when a woman gets yelled at and gets tweeted obscenities by sports athletes. Some women might go, "hey! When can we do all that stuff, you talked about!" For all the exciting things that the guys said that they would do with their wieners for the ladies. "You guys, should not tease!" Some porn stars, or some real horny demented chicks might like it. I think that the guys need to work on their deliveries and not do it the way the Basketball guys did it; because those were just rude. Alexis makes a lot of sense to me. Guys should not use such foul language when asking for sex.

It was nice to have them bring in this lady, but why did she say "you could see them fighting the demons in their head"? Does she assume that every man or even most men would think that horrible comments and behavior from a few idiots is the default setting? That was super presumptuous and disparaging on her part.

What was the point of that talk at the end? It’s as if her own prejudices assume that they don’t already know that the type of behaviour she was subjected to was disgusting, and that they shouldn’t carry out similar behaviour themselves. It’s also as if unless she gives them a talk, and tells them that such types of behaviour are horrible, then they’ll go out and commit those actions themselves. Purely based on the fact that they’re men, that also happen to be athletes, so how making them preconditioned to do it themselves. This is pathetic, and emasculating, shaming them for being men, and suggesting they somehow share responsibility or similar behavioural traits.

I get that to be regarded as great you have to carry yourself to a higher degree and all but I don't think it's right that some of these kids may have different views on certain things going on in the world and if they were to tweet about it.. Who knows they may not even be sitting in that room in Oregon.. All because of what they think about something not even regarding football; something that has nothing to do with their IQ on that football field

I think it's more about being the image of a team as a QB, and that not a lot of team will want to be represented by you if you're always tweeting unpopular opinions, it's just about business and not pissing away potential fans (=money to the franchise)
