Maybe 35% Latinos, 35% blacks,25% whites, 1-5% others depending what region of the country you're in

with the whites its always gets broke down gang, then if not a gang member what state your from. When I did my time at pollock sometimes we’d handle things by unit and who was on deck for work. Not necessarily state sometime last a guys will be from a different state and be on deck and just go get his work over with.
