Today, we are talking about electropolishing stainless steel.
Most metals require post-treatment after TIG welding.
There are several post-treatment processes such as mechanical polishing, chemical polishing, and electrolytic polishing.
Among them, today I showed you the process of cleaning Tig-welded stainless steel with an electrolytic polishing machine called "Metal Bright NSSB-200AD" made by NSWEL.

i done it last december it's magic and very not agressif instead with acid i done before,thank you , i also use acid before weld old aluminium boat , it make aluminium white but very clean

전해연마된 스탠 주방 냄비나 팬을 사용하면 안전할까요. 전해연마후 기름등으로 세척하도 이물질이 남는 경우가 있다던데, 깨끗한 스탠을 사용하기 위한 노하우나 팁이 국금하네요

산처리로는 지워지던데 이 기계로는 해보지 않았습니다. 이 전해연마 방식으로 왠만한건 다 지워지기 때문에 될거 같네요. 다음에 녹핀게 있으면 테스트 해볼께요. 저도 궁금하네요 ㅎㅎ

출력을 높게 잡고 작업을 해도 되는가요?? 동영상에 나오는 작업을 하실때 출력 온도가 궁금합니다. 🙏🙏 500ㅡ600도 출력시 검은 부분은 지워지지 않아서.. 800이상으로 하니 열이 너무 많 나는데 ㅠ 동영상에서는 열도 많이 란나고 깨끗하게 지워지니 적절한 출력 온도가 궁금합니다.

I use this for years, but I got à problem. After à week, I see a White powder growing on the weld and around. I clean the acid with high pressure water then brushin with clean paper. But always this White powder... If you know why, you can explain. Thanks

I think I recognise the voice of the "master welder", who demonstrated welding pipes and other round parts with stunning "world class" results. I would love to understand, what the ending of almost every sentence sounding like "simida" means. Can someone translate? Thanks so much for showing this extreme professional welding and polishing.

Look up Korean honorifics. It's a suffix kind of doesn't mean anything but raises the formality to the person addressed.

구매해서 잘 사용중입니다. 주로쓰는 스텐이 304밀러 1 ~ 3T 많이 쓰는데 일반 쓸때는 잘 모르는데 밀러는 사용하기가 무척 까다롭습니다. 물뿌려서 닦아내서는 용액이 안 없어 집니다. 어설프게 물뿌려 대충 닦으면 백퍼 여기저기 얼룩져서 지워지지도 않습니다 물 엄청 부워서 닦고 한번 더 닦아야 얼룩이 안지는데 제가 사용을 잘못하고 있는걸까요?

사용하는방법은 소금2 물 8 희석해서 뿌려서 백화현상을 없애놓고. 파란액으로 코팅을해합니다. 백화현상은 산화된것이아니라 소금물처럼 마르면 소금이 생기는 그런 원리라. 백화현상을 없애기위해 윗 처리흘 한다음에 사용하셔야합니다

You can use some welding machines do obtain the same job. Using the brush and the chemicals. Tests I did means you don’t require a special machine. You just need a machine that produces min 12 Volt DC never going above 15 V DC The setting is reverse polarity. An older style battery charger without a safety cut of switch can also be used. The quality is similar.
