Fun fact: be super careful when you get into mud with those sensors, when the tires start throwing mud/rocks, especially if your roading home in a rainstorm, it’s very easy to knock the glass out of the sensors. You guys have nice full fenders so you shouldn’t have to worry too much. Just a bit of personal expensive experience.

Its great to see real farmers are still out there, fabricating, building, modifying, fine-tuning and doing it on a big scale. Getting things done without calling "someone", whilst saving alot of money, is a long lost skill. Great drone footage of the nozzles working!!

That was an amazing beginning to this video. I was a bit emotional to see how much work you put into farming only to see it turn to "naught" when the drought continues. I know that there are many other farm families in the same predicament. I still have relatives farming in Saskatchewan. Thank you for your KZfaq channel.

Thanks for another great video. It was interesting and enjoyable. My compliments to you Nick for the beginning part of this video with the drone footage and showing off the abilities of the Raven system. I thought it was absolutely outstanding!!!! Thanks for going thru the Raven system with us and all the modifications to big brute and the sprayer operation. Absolutely outstanding system. Just amazing technology incorporated into this sprayer system. The ability to spray just the weeds is unbelievable. Wow. Huge saving on chemical costs. A lot of the sprayer capabilities are just eye dropping and almost unbelievable for a sprayer system. I know your investment is huge but it will soon pay you back. Thanks many times over Nick for taking your time to show us this system. Great!!!!!!!! I am sending prayers to the Welker family for more rain. Moisture for the crops. Outstanding video Nick. Hey Nick, your sprayer is very impressive. We've come a long way in removing weeds. I grew up on a small farm. In my early years we used mainly a cultivator. My dad was the first in our farming community to do no-till planting. I remember Monsanto furnished a rope wick kit for farmers. The rope wick was installed on a pvc pipe on the front of our tractor. We used concentrated Roundup in the pvc pipe, worked well, used it in killing Johnson grass in our soybean fields. May God richly bless you! Gerald

Big Brute is the perfect example of keeping perfectly good old equipment in the fields producing by showing that technology upgrades can be made to bolt on easily. You have the biggest life-sized Transformer toy out there.

Are there any farming video awards?? You would ace it. Have watched the intro 4 times, the background scenery, sky patterns, and most of all seeing how well the new spray system works on individual plants. Just over the top awesome. Bet the spray company will use this for advertising.

Very cool. Love the science and technology behind farming. When you are a young kid going for rides you don't realize or care about the science. You just enjoy the ride lol. I was a commercial restricted chem applicator back in the late 70 s and early 80 s. This system is light years ahead of what I had to use. Chemicals are Not cheap. This system should save you lots of money.
