Thankyou so much for the explanation, my pump is short cycling and I don’t see a check valve in the system, I’ll be sure to add 1 to the incoming piping (from the pump) and see if that cures the issue.

I had no idea how the pump connected to the outgoing water pipe and searched for a couple hours.. a pitless adapter!!
