tania pimentel I prefer wet hair and it’s more recommend on towel dry hair because the toner will spread easily and evenly and it won’t patch

Using 10vol on darker bases are better. If you are working on a lighter base then you need 20vol developers. You are depositing colour not lifting. Hope this helps.

@@evelyngarza1982 because it gives a deeper color where as 20 lifts while trying to deposit the toner so you want the deepest concentration of the toner :) it works so much better on brassier hair with orange tones. 20 v is great for already super light but then again even more so not needed. 10 works even better for the ligther blondes as ya don't need to damage hair anymore. !0 v is bomb with toners. Dif story for actually coloring hair :)

It depends how light your hair is. T18 is for lighter hair than T14.

@@kittylola643 yes, I ended up going with the t14 and I love it. The t18 is going to have more violet (which has red in it). which I'm not trying to inject into my already strawberry brassy hair. you're correct in saying that it should only the t18 should only be applied to very very light light (bleached) hair.

Alexis Stangelo no it’s not. T14 is blue based for orange hair. T18 is violet based for yellow hair. I’m a professional.

T14 is what you have to have for orange. T18 will do virtually nothing on orange hair.
